Meet Michelle, a people-oriented and competent professional holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of the East and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management major in Purchasing and Logistics Operations from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. Her leadership skills were honed by Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Office Administration and 5 years in Procurement Management both Local and International Trade. Moreover, she possesses a certification and accreditation with Philippine National Red Cross and DOLE – OSHC for occupational safety & health.

Michelle is adept in employee relations, process review and improvement, creation and implementation of policies, departmental business planning, performance management system and supplier management that is align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Michelle finds self-care and joy in travelling and watching the sunrise or sunset as well as beautiful greenery.
