- Graduate of any four-year or five-year college course
- Computer literate
- Knowledgeable of Labor Laws of the Philippines.
- In charge in the recruitment and hiring of superior workforce based on the requirements of all divisions of the company.
- Responsible in the sourcing, receiving, screening, interviewing and evaluating applicants based on their skills, knowledge, trainings and work experience required by the requisitioning department.
- Responsible in recommending qualified applicant to requisitioning department.
- Do background investigation on the applicant.
- Endorse newly hired employees to the heads and supervisors.
- Plans and conducts new employees and consultants orientation to foster positive attitude toward company’s vision and mission.
- Responsible in the employees training programs that addresses employees training needs and leads the implementation of the employees performance development plans and programs
- Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Performs employees counselling.
- Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resource policies, programs and practices including affected government laws and standards to keep management informed of new developments.
- Protects the interest of employees and the company including their health, safety and security in accordance with company Human Resource policies and government laws and regulations in order to minimize risk.
- Responsible in the implementation of the Human Resource Information System
- Responsible in the identifying competencies required for the each position
- Responsible in determining current level of competency.
- Responsible in the preparation of Training Needs Analysis of employees
- Responsible in the preparation of Annual Training Plan based on identified training needs of employees and result of performance evaluation
- Responsible in the preparation of Annual training budget
- Responsible in the preparation of training modules and materials, as required.
- Responsible in the sourcing of training facilitator for in-house training and training provider/institution for public trainings.
- Responsible in the analysis of training effectiveness of employees
- Responsible in the registration of target employees to training
- Ensures that employee submits Learning Application Form to HR
- Submits to HR Assistant for Recruitment all training documents for filing to 201 File.
- Responsible in the updating of Job Description of employees
- Responsible in the updating of Organizational Chart of the company based on the current trends for employee retention and client satisfaction in coordination with Management.
- Ensures that employees’ performance is being performed every year through performance evaluation.
- Ensures that every employee, have an exit performance evaluation for record purposes.
- Ensures that all levels of Management are informed on all personnel matters, issues and concerns.
- Ensures that employees’ performance is being discussed by the immediate supervisors to their subordinates.
- Responsible in the execution of Salary Increase/Promotion to the employee using the Career Pattern.
- Responsible in the preparation of attrition report.
