Qualifications BS in Social Science/ marketing/ public communication or related field. duly licensed/ registered for professional practicing. 10 years of professional experience 5 years of experience in similar position for large scale infrastructure projects in similar geographical conditions  

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant field in Engineering with minimum 15 years of professional experience. 8 years of which as operations and/or maintenance engineer of large infrastructure
