QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience, specializing in technical proposal preparation and Business Development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Retention and Account Management:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-self services to current clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns to maintain long term partnerships
Market Research and Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights to leadership on potential areas for growth within existing markets.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to current clients and internal stakeholders.
Proposal Development:
- Assist in preparation and submission of proposals and bids for existing clients or on continuing projects
- Ensure that proposals align with client expectations and project requirements
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm’s presence within existing markets or sectors
- Contribute to the firm’s long term business development strategy by providing insights based on client feedback and market conditions.
