QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience, specializing in technical proposal preparation and Business Development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
New Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients outside the firm’s current portfolio.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, including cold calls, networking events, and industry conferences
Market Expansion:
- Explore and identify new markets, sectors, or geographic areas for expansion
- Develop strategies to enter and establish the firm in new markets
Partnership Development:
- Build relationship with external partners, including other firms, consultants, and industry influencers, to drive new business
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with new clients and partners.
Brand Awareness and Promotion:
- Represent the firm at external events, trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility and attract new clients
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns targeting new markets and client segments.
