External Business Development Officer (Commission-based)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience, specializing in technical proposal preparation and Business Development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

New Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients outside the firm’s current portfolio.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, including cold calls, networking events, and industry conferences

Market Expansion:

  • Explore and identify new markets, sectors, or geographic areas for expansion
  • Develop strategies to enter and establish the firm in new markets

Partnership Development:

  • Build relationship with external partners, including other firms, consultants, and industry influencers, to drive new business
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with new clients and partners.

Brand Awareness and Promotion:

  • Represent the firm at external events, trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility and attract new clients
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns targeting new markets and client segments


We will provide:

  1. Commission/incentives (to be discussed only upon selection/final interview)
  2. 30k Revolving Fund subject for liquidation
  3. Communication Allowance / Post-paid Sim provided by the company
