He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and is a licensed Civil Engineer and Environmental Planner. He is responsible for overseeing operations processes, developing preliminary civil works construction plans, and obtaining detailed bill of quantities for project costs across various types of projects. His leadership significantly contributes to the effective implementation of projects, underlining his indispensable position within the company.
